The site runs no analytics, no advertising tags and no cross-site identifiers, and it sets no cookies of its own.

In this notice, 1K4 Partners means 1K4 Holdings, a Wyoming LLC. We collect only what the inquiry form and the readiness assessment need to work, and we use no analytics or advertising identifiers.
Inquiries
When you contact us.
The contact form stores exactly three things you provide: your name, your email address and your message. Nothing else from the page is kept. Alongside them we store an opaque identifier, the time the inquiry was received and a workflow status so we can tell answered from unanswered.
We store your email address because it is how we reply. Once the inquiry is saved, our server sends one message through Mailgun: a notification to 1K4 Partners. Nothing is sent to the address you entered, so this form cannot be used to make our domain email anyone. You will hear from a person, not from an automatic reply. Open and click tracking are switched off.
Inquiries are read by 1K4 Partners using a command-line tool that requires root access on the server. There is no admin website. Inquiries are kept until we delete them by hand; nothing removes them on a schedule, and we will not claim otherwise.
Readiness assessment
When you run the assessment.
The assessment runs entirely in your browser. Your answers stay on your device, they are never transmitted, and closing the tab discards them. You can complete it, read your result and leave without us knowing you were here.
Before showing your result we ask for an email address, and you can skip that and read it anyway. If you do send it, the request carries your address, which standard you chose, your score and its band, and for each gap the question you missed together with our written recommendation for it. Your individual answers stay in your browser even then. We store that record and it is emailed to 1K4 Partners only. Nothing is sent back to the address you entered.
Those records are kept until we delete them by hand, on the same terms as an inquiry, and they are read with the same root-only command. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the request before we accept it.
Third parties
What the browser contacts.
The contact form loads one third-party script: Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person. Your browser contacts Cloudflare to run that check, and our server verifies the result before saving anything. Turnstile is an anti-bot control, not analytics: it is not used to profile you or to follow you between sites.
Mailgun is contacted only by our server, and it carries this site’s outgoing email, which goes to 1K4 Partners and to nobody else. Your browser never contacts Mailgun, and no tracking pixel is included.
Everything else the site loads comes from this domain, including the fonts.
What we leave alone
What we do not collect.
No request bodies in logs
The inquiry service does not log request bodies, so the content of your message is never written to a log file. It logs a status code only.
No IP addresses in the inquiry record
The stored inquiry contains no IP address, request headers or credentials. The web server keeps ordinary access logs, as any web server does.
No tokens in logs
The service records a status code for each request and never the target or the body, so the single-use token the anti-bot check produces cannot appear in a server log.
